The purchase of a single license allows you to load the file onto a classroom set of computers, or in a Network shared folder. Teacher may also maintain the file on 1 personal device.
Access the sheet, save it under a new name, such as the Kit Identification, and leave the original alone. I recommend saving a back-up copy in case of write over or file corruption.
